With over 25 years of culinary experience across Turkey and the United Kingdom, Chef Emre brings a modern, refined approach to traditional Turkish cuisine. A proud graduate of Le Cordon Bleu, he combines classical culinary training with the rich flavours of his heritage.
Growing up around the vibrant tastes of Istanbul and the Aegean, his cooking is built on tradition, technique, and a deep passion for quality ingredients. Throughout his career, Chef Emre has led renowned kitchens, crafted signature menus, and shaped dining experiences that blend authenticity with creativity.
